Rooms will be available from 2:00 PM on the day of arrival.
Rooms must be vacated by 10:00 AM on the day of departure.
Pets are not allowed.
The tourist tax is €1.50 per person per night.

The facility does not have its own parking area, but we recommend using the Park Unione, which is located nearby.
Bike rental is included in the price.
If canceled 10 days before the stay, the entire deposit will be refunded. If canceled less than 10 days before the stay, the deposit will be retained.
Any damages incurred, after assessment of responsibility, must be compensated by the guest in agreement with the manager. Missing items from the room inventory will be charged to the occupying guests.
We recommend using the toilet facilities correctly by avoiding flushing sanitary pads, cotton buds, and other items that may cause blockages (please use the designated bins).
